I think Laura's suggesions are spot on. Also I would try lightening with the shadow slider to get a bit of detail in the black afea on the insect. |

Beautifully done. Your skill doing this from taking the picture to preparing the final image is amazing. The composition bothers me a little. It feels to me that the sky and the foreground fight for my attention. There is so much detail in the foreground it overwhelms me. I think if you cropped about 40 % off the left It might have more impact. |

Thaks for your feed back; I don't really know why the photo has so much contrast. The original I thought I posted is not that contrasty. I understand the point about the stray balloons. the Photo does need more work |

This is really a wonderful landscape that captures the other worldiness of Yellowstone. I would suggest using the black or shadow slider to accentuate the dark areas of the foreground and emphasize the suggestions of leading lines from the cfevicds. |

Well done, but I think it is over sharpened or too contrast. The skin look considerably more wrinkled and rough than the color original. I wish I could see more eyes. I like the expression. It look that she is about to say something |

I think this is a marvelous photograph. I kept coming back to it over the last few days. What made it so strong is that the angle you created with the camera placement makes the young woman have a different posture from that of the reflected image, so that you have created an illusion that they are different people. The expression of the young woman in the mirror is very suspicious or slightly hostile. The soft hair and the suggestion of a dimple of the actual woman hints at a pleasant relaxed expression. The photograph also adds a bit of mystery. The harsh shadows and highlights are handled very well. I'm not convinced that the blue toning is right. I have some old pictures of my father and grandfather which are brown toned with a hint of red. I think that kind of tone (not yelow sepia) might work better. |
