Wonderful color and composition. My only suggestion would be reduce the contrast and maybe the vibrance as well. The flowers almost look like wooden copies |

The stories suggested in many of the windows might be brought out a bit by lightening themla bit. I love this photo. As it is icould look at over and over again. Great shot |

I think the original composition in color works better than in the monochrome. The monochrome with Bob's suggested changes would be stronger if the bottom were cropped so that the remaining photos was in a square format. The rods and "things" under the light distract me. |

I really love the sweep of the canopy on the left. Two things bother me, there are no blacks, I would darken the dark tones, rather than just increase contrast. There is more white than I like, but the only idea I had was to crop to where the canopy meets the left edge, but that is an entirely different photo. Another alternative would be to crop alot from the left side, |

I think the composition is very good, particularly after your crop on the right side. It looks like you reduced contrast and that also improves the image. I think removing a bit of the foreground improves the image, even though it reducds the visual importance of the tombstone somewhat. |

This is a brilliant combination of a n artist's eye and amazing technical skill that has produced an amazing picture I particularly like the cluster of three(two icebergs and mountain that for the place where my eye goes.. Everything hangs together. The composition and color balance is really strong. |

Yes it was a scan from a color negative. Yours is really beautiful, but not quite what I was striving for. I would like to see your version. Thanks |

Jen-I love this photograph. The composition is beautiful, with the patern of the four antelopes echoed in the line of trees. I agree with John that the foreground should be cropped. This creates a real feel of bands running horizontally rfeinforcing the line of animals. I would increase detail sharpness in the foreground |

The sharpness throughout and the treatment of the whites is great. photographing flowers is really difficult. We want them sharp, but not too sharp. We look for contrast, but want to capture the softness of flowers. I think you have done this difficult balancing just right. I would not want to see deeper blacks in the flower. I think if the background had some blacks in zone s 1 and 2, the sense of contrast would have been enhanced with making to the fower too contrasty |

I'm sorry you're leaving. I learned so much looking at your work. The photo not only shows your talent as a photographer but as a dramatic director. Her hand and expression are just right to show the fear and distrust that so many poor epople have. |

I pretty much agree with the comments of others. I would crop off the translucent part of the feedwer. I don't think it adds much. Why black and white? |

It is defintly not a deal breaker. The face of the farmer its concentration is the essence of this photo. Another face would weakn the image, in my opinion. You could crop from the bottom which would have the effect of making the other man less visually important. Try it in a square image format. If you do I wold crop it from the bottom to a square or almost square format. |
