Thanks. I can do that. This is one picture I would like to make a big print of, so I definitely will sharpen it more.
If you ever get back, a local person told me the trains run about every half hour. Knowing that helps for getting this photo. |

I love the colors in this photo. It would be nice if you could have gotten the shot without the other flower in the background, but it's still a nice photo. I do agree with Lona about the center being a bit close to the right edge. |

I love this! I almost got to Mt St Helen's a few weeks ago, but my husband's work while we were in Portland got in the way. I am still hoping for another trip out there this summer and it is at the top of the to-do list. As far as this photo, I would not change anything.

I give you credit for trying this. I have never heard of freezing a flower, but I kind of like what you are doing. If I were you, I'd keep trying it with other flowers just to see what happens. |

I took the exact same photo without the sun reflection on it. I love the reflection. Nice job. |

Looks like a fun photo to me! My only suggestion would be to darken down around the edges. I keep looking at the top of the photo trying to figure out what is in the background. |

I like the idea of this photo. What bothers me is that the top of the pier is at the same height of the horizon. I would suggest trying a different perspective to move the horizon either above or below the pier. Otherwise, I like the way the couple is looking out to the sea.

Welcome. I agree with the others that a bit more clarity/contrast on the mountain would be good. Otherwise, I love the composition with the 3 people. |

Not sure. I may have a chance to get back to Portland in the next couple of weeks. If I do, I am going to try some more options. |

I will have to defer to someone else on this one. There is nothing I can find wrong with the photo, nor is there anything I can think of to improve it. Please don't be offended, however, it's just not exciting me. I actually find the sage the most interesting part of the photo and would love to see more of that, or maybe some other composition with the sage. |

I really like all the colors and textures in this scene. For me the only issue was too much sky so I redid the crop. |

I can appreciate what you are saying. I can't say I disagree. Unfortunately, I have a crop sensor camera and 10 mm (16mm equivalent on a full fame) is as wide as I can go. |
