Many thanks for the comments. It's taken me a few attempts to reach this stage and I think I'll keep this version - with the blown clouds fixed of course! |

I like the composition and angle you have chosen. The distortion on the chapel from the wide angle lens, and the shadow of the cross, help to form a triangle that keeps me going around the image. I also agree with Lane on the black and white idea. |

I like both images as they show the speed and movement of the races. Both images are sharp, though I prefer the second image as it leaves more space in front for the horses to move into. |

The technical aspects are good and I don't have a problem with the sepia toning. I agree with the others. Steve's comments are good suggestions for alternative ways of achieving your aims.
One of the aspects of Digital Dialogue that I really like is the honesty of the comments - not always easy to accept when we have invested time in creating the image though! |
