I like the overall idea and love the way you have used the Lensbaby. However, I agree with Mark that the right side is too dominant and distracts from the petals and lovely shades of color. I've suggested a crop which, for me, brings out the petals and subtleness of the colours, however, it does make the overall image size a little small. I use a Sigma 150 macro, which has a tripod mount included, so I can turn the camera to any angle to change the composition. |

Fabulous capture and so sharp. The processing really works well to bring out the feathers. I agree with Tom that the bottom of the image doesn't add too much. |

The sky is wonderful. I agree with Janet that the light and shade on the trees is spot on. |

It's a very topical almost newsworthy image considering NASA's latest research. For me the image works because it is in black & white - the focus is on the steam and the textures. I like the sun and I can see what Harley means as well - having the sun in the image makes sense of the streaks in the middle ground and these streaks help to bring the sun into the image. |

I love the composition and colors. Just a thought - if you were in Tandem Linkage, would you notice anyone! It's a very impressive shot considering the lens and crop - nicely done. |
