A very enjoyable image, Henry. I also like the blue hour color you captured in the sky with the original, so I am a little torn between the two. You were able to extract more detail in the B&W version, which helped the final image. The pano crop works well with the image. You have an excellent image with many definite possibilities.

Excellent architectural capture, Jim. Straightening the original was the most important foundation for the image. From your revised image, I believe reducing the concrete in the foreground a bit more would assist with the flow of the eye through the image. I like the single person for scale and as a landing area for the viewer (but the sharpening halo is distracting).
Excellent image and processing, Jim.

Beautiful portrait, Christian. Great work in taming the hot spots as it is more balanced now. The tinting is a personal choice, but I would tend to go with the original. Overall, excellent work - - especially from where you started.

Your photography and processing is spot on, Peter! I like the abstract effect that you created. Your alignment with the axis of the stairs is perfect. Could be entitled 'the stairway to heaven'.
Great image, Peter.

Darlene, you created drama with a cute and appropriate title. I like the B&W image and the cropping and processing that you performed. Very nice!

Thanks, Darlene. Very thoughtful and correct insight. I will have to try them and see the difference in the image.

Thanks, Henry. I wanted to bring out the age and texture of the building, so that was my goal in making it dark. I didn't think of "menacing" ;-) .
