Jim, I like the revised version. The original was OK with the distracting clouds, but the revised version is much better.

Excellent capture, Peter. The tonal differentiation comes out well in the mono version.
Well done.

Hi Darlene. As Henry says, welcome to the group.
Great image that you captured. I find it is always a challenge on cropping and many times relates to how it is displayed to the judges. I am finding more acceptance of the 1920x1080px aspect ratio, so am using that whereever possible. Sometimes we have to shoot wider to allow more crop room when we want to save certain parts of an image.

Thanks, Darlene.
Yes, the 7D can be a bit heavy, but the 16-300mm lens is convenient for city shooting. My wife has the mirrorless equivalent (Canon R7), but must use the Tamron lens and an adapter (as Canon offers no equivalent) so it ends up with a similar weight.

Thanks, Henry. I was surprised that the image came out so well. I thanked Jim for his crop idea.

Thanks, Jim. I agree that the crop of the left building improves the balance of the image. Thanks for the idea.
