Thanks, Sharron. I like the way it turned-out (better than I expected).
When will we see some of your work?

A great image, Jim.
The 'stopped motion' water is a good background for the couple and allows for a full spectrum of shades.
I didn't think of removing the lamp post, but fully appreciate Tom's insight to create a more open scene with fewer distractions. Brilliant!

You always amaze me with your creativity, Tom.
I think that you captured the 'mood' well in a very difficult process to extract nuances of expression.
The finished work appears more as an original drawing than a photograph. Well done!

A great image, Arfan. I enjoy the contrasting shapes and the even 'mist' of the fine tree-branch network. (It would not have been as good if there were areas of open sky with no braches.)
Both crops are good, but I prefer your original for balance as I think the weight of the heavier branch on the right, offsets the visual weight of the buildings on the left.

A very creative shot, Allen. You were able to catch the essence of a very wet subject and I think the B&W is an improvement over the color version. I like Jim Hagan's crop for simplicity. |

Thanks, Alan. It can be fun to capture them, but also time-consuming. |
