You created an effective image. I find it ironic that I take many pictures of murals painted on buildings and often wish I couldn't see the bricks. Yours looks very good though. |

A mysterious Greek goddess to me.
Im surprised by the effect of the ringlight, perhaps it would have helped to see your original photo. It's always nice to show it. |

I too thought it was quite different from others that I've done. I'm sorry I was lazy in my description so some thought it was a one click edit. |

I very much like what you have done, but I can't help thinking this image is crying out for a path leading to the portal.
Very creative. |

Wonderful composite! I only wish the prominent geese were facing the camera. |

Other nearby houses looked ready to fall down, but they were rehabbed! |

Yes that is an improvement. I was just lazy. I did remove part of a shock that was distracting. I thought the image needed something more. |

Thanks, I feel fortunate to have seen so many deteriorated buildings of various kinds. Think. Rust and decay. I think I have grown to most appreciate compositions of their details though. |

Thanks. I've found quite a few abandoned buildings in UT and ID. I've revisited some in Torrey,UT to find them rehabbed! |

I really like the abstract patterns. For me this one is well suited to lots of color though to emphasize the action. |

My suggestion for conveying the progression you mentioned is to blur rather than darken the top section.
Your image has great detail and contrast while being well composed. Personally, I would also prefer it cropped. |

I like how you captured the detail and momentous feeling of the rocks. The streak in the sky is bothersome to me though. |

An excellent travel photo, but I. Find your color version more appealing. I also agree with the sugggestion to crop off the left.p |

I like the cropped version best and especially like the addition of the birds. |
