You are right about the shadow on the right. I am using afternoon light from a window. I am working on removing shadows such as that on the right. I think it is from a chair. |

I agree with Harley as to the contrast. You have three birds which is excellent. You have captured behavior and added an element of humor with your title. The bottom of the photo is multiple leading lines! Good yob! |

The blurred background calls attention to your subject. Max, to my eye, the background is too darK. It is fighting with the flowers. You could easily lose a good bit of the right side of this image. |

As to the flower, very nice color and detail. The background complements your subject. The stem is distracting. I would syggest getting rid of the outer part of the stem. Just a suggestion. |

First and foremost - IMPACT!!!! This really tells a story to anyone who has been in a diner. The composition is spot on! The slight movement of the subjects adds an element of authenticity to this photo. The few diners and thed empty stools tells me it is late. Believe it or not, I do have a suggestion. I hope if you try this you can do better with the door. |

It is always good to learn something new! I had to lool up "steampunk". As soon as I saw the March images this one caught my eye first. I immediately thought of a German zepplin. I am a history buff. The portrait itself works very well as a B&W. It is rich in tones and detail! How creative to have used the image generator! I would have never thought of using the image generator. Did you use layers to add the portrait? Well done! |
