43 Feb 20 Reply I was sort of trying to be funny and I like dogs. I went to see "Call of the Wild" yesterday. Buck wasn't real! He was computer generated. It is a good movie. Whoever wrote the screenplay apparently didn't read the book. Feb 23rd
43 Feb 20 Reply I like the composition and I especially like the leading line created by the wave. Color is quite nice. Mid point in the sky is blown out. But I don't see how you could avoid that unless you bracketed the photo. Feb 23rd
43 Feb 20 Comment This is nice. Blue background a good choice as it complements the colors of the leaf. Nice textures and variation in color throughout the leaf. I saved the best for last. The veins throughout the leaf are delightful. Maybe lighten that blue background just a little? Feb 23rd
43 Feb 20 Comment This is great street photography! It tells quite a story and is very well composed! My eye constantly moves around in this photo and that is a good thing. Their shoes are interesting (bottom). The guitar leads you up to the bike. The eye then goes left down the line. The eye goes up to the "finger" and then right down the faces. Well Done! Black and white was a good choice! Too bad you couldn't have kept the dog in the photo! He would have been the star! Feb 23rd
43 Feb 20 Comment The ISO was already 6400. There is a good bit of noise. I probably could have lowered the shutter speed some more. It is just a photo taken in low light conditions. The subject is the interior of an Irish cottage. Nothing more and nothing less. I learned from it. I should have paid more attention to the shutter speed. I could have gone down to 1/60th second. Feb 23rd
