What a fabulous capture of a fabulous bird in action. I only wish we had hummingbirds in UK. Your depiction of the colours is spot on! |

What a great capture! You should be very proud of this image. It would make a wonderful print to hang on the wall! |

A good capture of the Merganser pair. In UK they are known as Goosanders and come south of their home in Scotland early in the year. I don't think you need all the water below the birds, and I would suggest a crop. |

The bird good and sharp in it's environment. I love it when you get a surprise when you get back home and discover something special. I may be nit-picking, but I find that blade of grass exiting top left corner a bit distracting and I might suggest cloning it out. |

A good depiction of the gannet in flight. I know it can sometimes be difficult to catch a bird that is flying overhead, and you have done well in this. Your settings have also made a good job in keeping a fine degree of separation in the white areas. |

This is a super shot of a splendid bird. You have done a great job in catching it so sharply in flight. My only thought is that the background is a little dark, and I normally apply a degree of lightening the shadows. This has the effect of separating the bird from it's background. What do you think? |
