18 May 25 Comment A nice image created by your camera, Ian. It beats AI hands down! My camera did something similar when I was shutting a gate while holding it! May 14th

21 May 25 Comment Thanks all for your nice comments!

21 May 25 Comment A well caught image. I was going to make the same suggestion as Tom and Jim until I saw their revisions which do work well. A super shot of a super bird. May 22nd
21 May 25 Comment It's a fun picture, and photography needs lots of laughs like this one to brighten the day. I trust you are able to get out and about after the accident! We have had lots of warm weather recently in UK and I have done a great deal of following this robin's example! May 22nd
21 May 25 Comment What a wonderful bird, so well caught. The way that it is looking up intently either indicates that it has seen something in the leaves, or that they form part of it's diet.
You have shown me a stunning creature that I have never seen before!

21 May 25 Comment Well caught but not the greatest detail of the bird itself, since it conflicts somewhat with the background. May 22nd
21 May 25 Comment Great timing in this record shot. Nice circular ripple as the bird fights to restrain the catch. I might crop a little off the top of the water, since it doesn't add anything to the action? May 22nd
21 May 25 Comment A lovely, well-caught shot of the family. You have done well to keep full sharpness throughout. I like the closeness of them, since it gives a good impression of their togetherness.
I often find that the mother bird can be quite proud of her new family, and is only too pleased to show them off.

21 May 25 Comment Lovely symmetry between the two spoonbills. The background contrasts nicely to give the birds extra clarity. A well-caught image. In UK we have just got spoonbills returning to the East Coast in particular, but only the white variety! May 22nd
