My post disappeared. This is a great crop. A very colourful profile which shows the bird in great detail. Here in UK the no turkey votes for Christmas! |

Super shot of the spoonbill in flight. I am amazed at the colouration of the plumage. They are slowly returning to the UK, but the only ones that I have managed to picture are totally white! |

Good action shot of the egret, but unfortunately it has lost definition in it's plumage! I usually adjust exposure by up to 2.0 stops with egrets to avoid this. |

We have had some unusually early snow here in UK over the past few days, so I know how difficult it is to strike a balance. I think you have done well with this attractive bird. I agree that the eye could be a tad brighter. |

A great capture of a lovely bird. I like the crop, because it gives great information about the head and plumage! Super! |

Thanks Tom. It was actually a Grey Heron. I don't think we normally get the Great Blue in UK! |

This was three separate images taken individually, not in one burst. In fact 14 I had different shots to choose from! |

I'm sorry Jan, but this one doesn't do a great deal for me! I do like the subtle colours and the grainy effect, but the image itself is not my cup of tea I'm afraid! |

Great triptych, well constructed. I have no problem with the third image, since for me it fits well with the other two. certainly very creative. Perhaps a coloured frame might help to finish the overall image? |

Wow, what a clever composite. It has plenty of punch, and to me resembles a book cover. Super Image! |

I'm not sure about this one Gunter! The original is very nice, but for me the trees have become a bit awkward in taking on a blend with the background. Jan's version solves this problem! |

You have created a good image by cutting and pasting the elements, although I wonder if the cross is really necessary?
I know that PSA definition of creativity requires a departure from reality, but this image proves that creativity can be achieved while still maintaining a sense of a degree of reality! |
