I had made it clear that I created the images myself. What would make you think that I had any reason to merely take straight pictures of actual albums and post them on here as a creative work! I have resigned the group because I no longer enjoy being a member.

Mike, your comments on my submission show that even when it has been stated by Ian and me that the artwork was totally my production, you still post and maintain that my picture is work created by someone else. This is basically calling me a liar, and something that I will not tolerate. I have therefore resigned from a group who's two newest members can behave so badly! |

Two's Company was taken at Straws Bridge Derbs 12/10/22.
Unsteady Eddie was taken at Beeston Canal Nottingham 1/11/22.
Done Shoppin' was taken In John Lewis Nottingham 14/7/22.
I cannot imagine why two members should insult me by making such inappropriate remarks and think so badly of me that they believe I would use someone else's artwork.
I have no desire to be treated in this manner, and I will contact Ian immediately and resign from the group,

I am astounded that a second member has seem fit to assume that I have cheated with someone else' artwork. I confirm that all images were created by me over the last 5 months. |

I was quite offended by your remark, Joan. I am not in the habit of cheating by representing someone else's work as my own. I am used to occasional nasty remarks on social media accounts from people who should know better, but I didn't expect to receive them from members of this group! |

I don't understand why you say it is someone else's artwork! Please explain! |

A well seen image. I like the way the church appears above the cobbles. There is a little blob of the church top centre that could be cloned into the blue background to create a space at the top, but this is a minor point. |

Clever thinking. Certainly creative in my opinion. It has been done so well that the judges probably didn't realise that it is unusual for stones to have a life of their own. Possibly if you had a dung beetle pushing the stone they would still be fooled!
I like the title too! |

Very colourful treatment. You have not shown us the original but there appear to be indistinct leaves in the background, and some blurring around the edge of the butterfly, which may have been intentional but I feel slightly spoils the composition. All in all though a creative work. |

A terrific interpretation of a mundane original. This really is very creative. My only criticism would be that the circular base might be better without the tip downwards on the right hand side, but this is a minor thought! |

A comical study. I know one or two people that he resembles, without naming names! Nice shot! |

I think the treatment works well on the starbursts round the screws and other places. You have achieved an almost 3-D effect on the number 9. For some reason the random black lines irritate me, and I would prefer it if they were cloned out. An unusual treatment which improves the more you study it.
I know that tram shed well, and the last time that I was there I photographed a lot of the numbers, and made a combined picture of 16 of them. Your number 9 is on the second row!
