My original comment has disappeared. I think that this is a perfect way to turn a mundane shot of pencils into something very attractive. I love the changes that you have made to the colouration and the sharpness to create a fine abstract. It deserves to do well in the competition. |

Welcome John. You have certainly improved on the original with all that hard work. I think the additional colouration and texture also works well. It is a small point, but the spectators looking on in the background are creating a minor distraction from a perfect image, and perhaps could be cloned out somehow? |

Very Clever! I love the idea of the giant corn cob being processed on site, to create the individual grains. I would possibly leave the leaf below the machinery like the rest of the ground, but that's just a minor suggestion. |

I like the weirdness of this image. It almost has a stark beauty! I would lighten the square pieces at the top to show more detail in them. |

I seem to remember that it may have been you who showed one similar to this some time ago, but whether your's or another members, I think this is very much more successful. Not only is the puzzle perfectly created, but the addition of the extra images is great! I also love the colouration and the frame! |
