Thanks Jen, that was exactly how I felt about the first image, and what I was trying to achieve with the revised one. |

Great idea well thought out and produced. I like the way that you have matched the size and colouring of everything. Nice festive image! |

I agree that the moon would add a perfect touch to an already great image.

Since producing Watercolour Silhouette, I have done 'In The Flow' below which I feel is much better! |

I think that the idea of the portrait pictured on the camera lens is great, and works beautifully. I do feel that the barriers spoil the effect somewhat. Without the stripes, the title wouldn't work anymore, of course - Lenswoman, or Front of lens, might work. Everyone else will probably like it as is, but my thought is that less is more! |

You have done well in simplifying the image from the clutter. I think I might have got rid of the barrier posts and the red strings completely - you have already done a lot of the hard cloning work, and that shouldn't prove too difficult. The Topaz filter makes the shot your own and works fine. As for a bow, you could clone the bottom left red ribbon up and across her hand and the strings of the cello , just a thought! |

I like what you have done, Ian. I have tried the radial blur and twirl in the past as separate adjustments, but not anything like the combinations that you have used. I do agree with Jerry about the pattern joining the arm and the knee. It would certainly improve things if it didn't just run over from one to the other! Very successful otherwise! |
