When I first saw this I thought it had been taken with a camera at water level, with the top half in the air and the bottom half submerged. A lot of hard work in this, which has been rewarded with a colourful off-the-wall image which works splendidly. I think out of all the revisions, the one you have chosen works best! |

I think the bold colours are super. The shapes also suit the subject well. I think the black areas are not as attractive as the rest of the image, and could do with brightening up. Also, a vertical flip gives an interesting composition. |

A fun image that you probably didn't dare to show to the sitter. It reminds me a little of a close-up portrait I took of my wife (without the beard), using a fish-eye lens. She made me destroy it, and didn't speak to me for a week! |

I think that the effect you have created was well worth the effort! If this is the result of the pills, I'll have some of what you're taking! |

I like the effect on the mountain. I have noticed that some Topaz treatment leaves the sky very grainy. I might be inclined as you suggest, to clone the sky a good blue colour. I am wondering why it is called Ghost Ranch. Could it be the little head and shoulders of a man with a ranger's hat on, that I immediately noticed a quarter of the way in on the LHS towards the top of the mountain. Spookeh! |

I like this composition very much. My eyes are drawn not to the circle upper right, but to the hint of a suspender! Very naughty! A lot of hard work has gone into this, for a very successful image, |
