I like the gravestone and grave in the centre foreground as I think they emphasise the scale of the crypt. I agree that the cross and gravestone to the bottom right of the image should be removed. I think I like the colour of the trees as the crypt stands out well against them. |

Your split toning treatment of this image certainly helped make the statue stand out from the background so full marks for that. I too would have liked to see the top of the cone. I also find it a little distracting that the verticals in the background lean to the right. |

Thanks Sharon, I did try to improve the appearance of the rocks, without much success. I think the light was bouncing off them and as a result they were possibly a little burnt out. I will have another go along the lines you suggest. |

I like the layers in this image too which lead your eye through to the buildings in the background. My only suggestion would be to crop a little off the top as I'm finding the area of sky and foliage right at the top of the image on the left hand side a little distracting. |

As you say this is a fun image. The house reminds me of some of the dilapidated barns I photographed while touring Oregon and Washington a few years back. It is very sharp, as all your images are, and the house stands out well from the tree in the background. Great work. |
