Great idea. However, I'm not sure I like the large "worm" on the right pages...I do like the one coming out of the pages on the left side...maybe move the center one over to the right side of that page so that they aren't all in a row. |

I agree with both Bev and Angela on the "large" rose, and having the text in red...Great composition otherwise. I feel the text color competes with the red rose, and is hard to read. Great idea... |

Yes, I find it to be too "red" as opposed the original. I think you lost the sharpness of the original when you combined both images...This was a difficult one to do, and to get everything as it should be. |

Yes, removing the yellow bush needed to be done... If it were mine, I would crop off a bit more on the right side to get rid of the other bright orange tree, which caused a ping-pong effect with the one on the left... Great colors. This would also move the buildings more to one side and not in the center. |

I love cats and have had dozens or them over the years... Using them with sunglasses is very effective and well done. |

A very good portrait... lots of character in his face... My only complaint is that the white of his eyes needs to be toned down just a bit....as they are a lot brighter than his beard. |

My comments on this one. compositionally it is static with the 3 buds all in a neat little row... It would have been much stronger if the one on the left were slightly lower and the one on the right slightly higher.. However, this still puts the center bud right in the center of the image... the color is bright and draws one's eye to it immediately. |

Again, this is a really nice image of the butterfly, but, as I said in one of the other comments the butterfly dominates the image... It was my understanding that the technique was to be with flowers... I would like to see the white blossoms toned down a bit more... |

Since we are on the removal thing, what would it look like if the top left orchid was removed, leaving an odd number of blossoms? I like the lower orchid to be the colored one. |

I'm wondering if this image would be stronger if it was rotated so that the butterfly would be on the right side. However, this assignment wasn't about butterflies, it is about color or the lack of color. |

This image definitely fits the assignment. I really like that you have selected only one blossom and left all of the others in monochrome... I also like the soft colors... |
