20 Jul 22 Reply Thanks for your comment and redo... which gives it yet a totally different look... very interesting sky in this one.... It's fun to play around with the Topaz filters to see what effects they have on a scene... Jul 13th
20 Jul 22 Comment I have found that in photographing flowers on long stems, it makes a more dynamic image if the flower is titled slightly to the right side and not straight up and down....Love the texture. Jul 10th
20 Jul 22 Comment My comment was to remove the pole on the 2nd rider, until I read Angela's comment and saw what she did... much better... The blur of the first horse's feet doesn't bother me as it shows motion and speed... Jul 10th
20 Jul 22 Comment I agree with the comments of the other people... One of the first things I do is to run a "border patrol" to see if there are any distracting objects, etc. I might also suggest that you add a very thin white border to emphasize the building, as the background is lost in the black part. Not sure about adding the moon... Jul 10th

23 Jul 22 Comment Personally, I prefer the right side cropping which will still retain the arches... good composition otherwise. The late afternoon or early morning light really makes this scene a romantic one... Jul 24th
23 Jul 22 Comment I really like what you have done with this flower... agree that it could stand to be a bit darker at the top, although the top of the flower is also lighter too...remove the 2 small white spots on the stem and lower leaf. Jul 24th
23 Jul 22 Reply I did crop some of the street out, but felt I would lose some of the details in the signs, etc. if I cut much more out... I could probably crop more of the white sky out and a bit more on the left side, but the right side has to stay.... Jul 24th
23 Jul 22 Comment Great capture of the mother bird feeding her young....Suitable for a Pictorial entry, but not Nature as the feeder is a man made object and not a natural tree... Jul 10th
23 Jul 22 Comment Nice capture of the rocks and small water fall...If it were mine I might consider darkening the top rock a bit more, even to the dark tone of the big rock just below it, or crop it out completely ....Nice flow of the water below the top falls.... Jul 10th
