20 Jun 21 Comment Placing the "horse" rock under the lines of the moon is very well done....The touch of color on the left horizon adds to the story too.... Jun 14th
20 Jun 21 Comment Again, I agree with Jerry and Pat that the light area in the upper right corner needs to be darkened more....You have done a very good job with the "night effect"....I feel there needs to be more contrast between the figure and his surroundings.. Jun 14th
20 Jun 21 Comment The lack of shadows in this scene is what makes the image incomplete....I agree with everyone about the shadows...It is a good try to create an interesting image from several other images, something that I haven't done.... Jun 14th
20 Jun 21 Comment Well done....lots of places to look at and to analyze.... Jun 14th
20 Jun 21 Comment Great concept...one tiny thing that bothers me is the "face" on the trunk of the big tree on the left...My eye keeps going back to it, instead of looking at all of the other trees.....perhaps you could darken it just a tad, so that it doesn't stand out so much....Adding a person or animal would make it more personal. Jun 14th
20 Jun 21 Comment Interesting concept. I love all of the colors as it reminds me of opening the door to my dryer and seeing all of the colors of my clothing nice and dry. All kidding aside, I think you did a good job with what you had to work with. Jun 10th

23 Jun 21 Reply Yes, I see the blurred spot, and I should have repaired it. Think it was a spot on the windshield....so, ignore it.... Jun 14th
23 Jun 21 Comment Lots of technical information on how you were able to capture the birds....Since I sold all of my SLR equipment and now only use a point and shoot, I can appreciate the effort you took to get an acceptable image....very sharp and tells a good story of the feeder... Jun 11th
23 Jun 21 Comment I love the high key effect of the tulips....great job on them....having your name in the lower left corner is a small distraction from the image, and would have to be removed for any competition, if you chose to do so....Having the 3 tulips at an angle really makes a great impact.

23 Jun 21 Comment Another human interest photo....which tells a great story... while the lighting might be a bit harsh it doesn't detract from the story.... Jun 11th
23 Jun 21 Comment Having the background dark really makes the animal stand out better....patience is what makes this photo very unusual... Jun 11th
23 Jun 21 Comment Good human interest photo....great story....only thing that bothers me a bit is the part of another jeep on the left side....it could be cloned out easily.....might take a few minutes to do, but I feel it would improve the image a lot. Jun 11th
23 Jun 21 Comment Beautiful light on the 2 mountains....you were lucky to be in the right place at the right time...Cropping it to a panorama was also the right thing to do... Jun 10th
