20 Feb 19 Comment Agree with the comments about cloning out the wires...They were the first thing I saw, and it ruined the scene for me...I do like the final effect, as it give the scene "age and character"....I also, would get rid of the cars and just let one enjoy the beautiful buildings... 20 Feb 19 Comment I really like the effect of the painterly technique....I use a lot of them in the Topaz plug-ins that I have...Had this one been mine I would have taken some of the white brush strokes, especially in the white clouds, out...It would not have affected the overall effect at all...
