I love the topaz effect and have used this one many times myself...capturing these "candid" shots is an art that many people don't have...I don't have a phone that takes these images, but yours saved the day for you...then, by adding the topaz effect it made a truly remarkable image. 20 Dec 18 Comment I had intended to use one of my images with the Christmas message on it, but couldn't get it done in time...so, will have to send it by email....now, to the image...one of the best you have done this year....congratulations on doing a very personal "card"... Dec 21st

23 Dec 18 Comment Your trees have taken on a "human" quality...good seeing and capture of the reflections too. If it were mine, I might have cropped the left side to where the dark space is, just before the bright red bush...this would really emphasize the lines of the trees on the right...like the darkened image a bit better too.. Dec 21st
23 Dec 18 Comment Very nice capture of the butterflies, who can be very difficult to catch and keep in focus...Having them land on the blue flower is an added bonus!!! Dec 21st
23 Dec 18 Comment I agree with several about cropping a bit more...to emphasize the girl more...am undecided about the very out of focus sunset and water..there is enough color in the sky behind her to just crop to her, and not include the sunset. This is only my personal opinion..Also, the extremely white boards are the first thing I saw...Is there any way to tone them down a bit...white being so dominate... Dec 21st
23 Dec 18 Comment While I appreciate all of the work you did in doing this collage, I found that all of the edges being curved, etc. was a distraction to me...I do like the dancers in various poses. Also, having all blue colors don't do a thing for me..however, it is your work and that is all that matters. Dec 21st
23 Dec 18 Comment Love the effect you used on the old car...and, the cropping really brings out the "age" of the vehicle...only comment would be to crop out the "bars" in the upper right corner...use a spot healing brush and get rid of them...this is a minor thing but can be distracting..anything in corners really need to be removed. Dec 21st
23 Dec 18 Comment My only negative comment is that I feel there should be a bit more light on his left shoulder, as his head seems to float above his body...Otherwise, it is a very strong portrait and one that will go far in competitions. Dec 21st
