Update on the Sprouted Celery and Toms...it received top scores in both council and club this past weekend...and, yes the toms were delicious, but had to discard the celery stalk as it had dried out and wasn't edible any longer... |

Not sure if store bought celery would sprout or not...this is one of the perks we get as volunteers at our local food bank...the veggies aren't always in prime condition, plus I get a lot of "twisted" veggies in the shape of animals, etc. |

To me the green grass and twigs in the lower left are a distraction and I would have removed them...or cropped a bit on both sides and made it the vertical that Cindy did...wish the swan's head had been more clear in the reflection as it disappears in the twisted lines... |

Great image.... love the way you have added parts to the image to fill it in...lots of clone work paid off...and the added Topaz Glow really sets it off....great photo!!! Wish it were mine.... |

If I didn't know the history of this image I would have said great catch with a very muted background... however, it is still a great catch and I love the "new" background... I haven't tried to do this yet, but assume it isn't too difficult to do... |

I thought about doing this also, but I liked the contrast of the silver ring behind the dark black one in tone and texture...thanks for taking the time to do this... |

Very nice photo of a beautiful place...have always wanted to go there to see the tulips....Too bad she is positioned right in front of a tree trunk...Had you moved 3 feet to the left she would have been between the trees....a much more pleasing scene.... |

Such a mischievous smile....as far as the photo, even if it is 17 years old, you might consider cloning out all the very distracting white spots on both sides, and then darkening the background....Having had 3 boys I never got my little girl, but she might have looked like her!!!! |

Very nice portrait, in both color and monochrome....a totally different effect.... |

I walked all around these pipes trying different angles and this is the only one that worked...I tried to get the oil well out of the exact center of the scene, but it just didn't work...which is why here is more space on the left side than the right... |

Absolutely gorgeous image...would do well in color and in nature, unless there was considerable work done in the background, etc. Great catch of the three frogs and their reflections... |

Agree with Richard about the lighting...just a touch of contrast might brighten and lighten the far rim of the canyon....As it is the scene is a tad flat...even though you have great detail there is not enough contrast to draw my eye to the beautiful colors on the far rim... |

Good seeing...but....why in the world didn't you remove the piece of the red car in the lower left, and also the distracting bush on the lower right....they are very distracting and add nothing to the beautiful tree...If it were mine I would consider cloning in part of the tree to cover up some of the sky.. |
