I like the image, nice job on getting the window straight. Nice job with the reflection, it makes for an interest subject. |

I like your revision, I also like the saturation in the image, I would maybe crop off a little more from the left, it is a little busy to me. I do like your crop on the revision it does help, but just a little more off the left, it does not add to the image. |

I agree with Wanda, lightening the water helps, I lightened it by 1 stop and desaturated the sky by -20. I did this all in camera raw in Photoshop. It seems to help. Otherwise an interesting and challenging image to do. |

Great shot, such a nice calm day, making for a good reflection of the trees and bridge. I am not sure about the goose, at first I did not see it, then once I saw it my eyes keep going over there. I think I would get rid of it. It is just too close to the edge and not quite large enough to see clearly. |

Thanks, I might try that cropping. I did try getting rid of the big black spot, does that work better? I have just started working on this group of images, it will be interesting.
I really like Aurora, it is my go to program for HDR, Photomatix was, but it just got outdated. I like all the adjustments you can make on the image plus the presets are pretty good. It was designed by a Photographer so it is laid out well. |

I also like the color version better, the clouds in the mono look strange, so I don't think it really works. Maybe cropping off the bottom might help. |

I think you did a great job on this image. The part that is distracting to me is the upper right corner, my eye goes to it. I cropped out a little from the right, wanted to keep the boat in the image and also some of the full cloud in the sky. I also lightened the upper right corner of the clouds. I think it works a little better, now the shack with the buoys art the main interest point. |

I agree with all except for the vignette if you are going to enter it into PJ, in open then I would add the vignette. Nice shot, could use a little more panning for the background. |

It is a very interesting image, the clouds also help make it interesting. I cannot think of anything else to change other than what everyone else suggested. |

The mono looks better less distractions, I like the first crop. I think it needs more contrast, otherwise it looks pretty good. |

I think India is just the wrong spot for basketball, maybe the US but not overseas, it seems they like something with more a different type of action.
You could try cropping off from the left and keeping all the feet in with the main players. |

I think the MG's need more action, it is a nice shot but a little boring (but maybe I have done too many cars recently) I think the judges want more action, the standard shot of cars, even two of them does not seem to do well, nor do the standard panning shots of cars or motorcycles. The vettes give a little more interest.
I had the same question as to sports or open, it seems I am submitting the same type of shots over and over, moving more to a PJ open would give a little wider opportunity, so I would be open to expanding our selection. |

I wish they would let you include sports in Human interest, this would be a good one for that. The concentration on his face makes it a very interesting image. It has a lot of interest, the only thing better would be him launching the stone. Lacking the action might affect it in PJ. In the current days of judging it is hard to say what they will do, it seems that all they want is action. I will be curious to hear what happens when you enter it. |
