Your great imagination comes through in a typical way ! My only suggestion is to clone out the curved white wire, which tends to dilute the effect of the "eyes' and the steering wheel. A narrow white frame around the image might help to hold it together. |

Well done ! This really has the textured art effect. My eyes play a little optical pingpong between the blue of the flowers and the blue in the sail but adds "action" to the visual effect. |

Very intriguing. I like the bold hues and contrast. Everything works well except the windmill, which I would delete. The Arabic-English signs add a "where is it" feel to the image. Being a mineralogist, I think the town name of Eilat is where a semiprecious gemstone is found nearby, which is a mixture of green malachite and blue azurite. |

After reading your introductory comment I recognized the image. A great example of intentional (or unintentional?) blurring of fast motion. I agree with Brian, you should clone out the small white rectangle in the upper left corner. |

Very effective. Would not "improve" anything. Clever use of color and monochrome areas. |
