Thanks for your comment, Neal. I did indeed intend to make the bottom part of the image so as to communicate a feeling of the stairwell hanging in space. |

Attractive subject, exquisitely rendered. The bright but out of focus rock is a little distracting. I darkened the rock and did some cropping. |

I'm attracted by the two bale version. To my eye, the two bales and the barn farther back form a pleasing triangle, and that goes well with narrowing valley in the background. |

Beautiful shapes and colors in this high key image. I'm especially attracted to the eye and knot, and their reflection. I'd have liked to have seen the foreground part of the rope coil as sharply focused as the rest. |

I agree with the comments above: lovely colors but the fence, especially in the foreground, dominates the barn. |

I love the color combination this image. The composition is a little busy for me. Maybe try an even shallower depth of field so that only the bee and its flower are in focus? |
