I certainly wouldn't want to spend my life there! I like your choice of a wide angle lens which accents the vastness of the building. To me the composition with the light coming through the windows enhances the colors and tones, telling the story of bleakness and desolation. In my opinion, this image is very well done. |

This is a lovely portrait of a woman with a lovely smile. I feel you have handled the lighting very well and the tight crop has eliminated any distractions. All of this in my opinion let me feel the gentleness of your subject. Very nicely done. |

You certainly captured this one eye crazy gal! I like the lighting and how it enhances the tones in her hair. I find that I am confused by the direction of the light. It appears to me to be coming form the right and the star burst is on the left. When I scrolled down, it cropped the image to the top of her head, eliminating the drill which to me is more pleasing. I find the colors work very well together and enhance the image. Fun image! |

This looks like a beautiful vermeil piece of jewelry! I know that you enjoy strong colors, and if that is your inclination, I would change the position of the leaf back to the original and tone down the background. I feel the background is competing with the subject.

You certainly got the eye sharp which important when photographing birds or any animals. I don't mind some blur to show movement, however, in this image nothing is sharp except the eye and the foreground. In my opinion, the the foreground is overwhelming and a tighter crop would be needed as well as a faster shutter speed. |

This is a pleasant image of the blue bunting. To me, the lighting is too harsh and the weed has areas that are blown out, making it distracting. In my opinion a tighter crop top would eliminate some of that and improve the image. However, I would suggest next time changing your position to use the light to it's full advantage. |
