Looking again, I would say that you should soften the lines around the monument, since they stand out rather harshly against the sky. |

I love it, Larry, but not looking at the vignette. It is hardly visible to me, as it should be. What I am drawn to is that wonderful burst of light at the 2/3s point. The contrast and simplicity are just stunning. |

Oh, how sweet, Pat. Yes, the detail is just wonderful and off center treatment of the monkey, perfect. Removing the rock would be worth it, but will take a good deal of trial and error. Capturing all the fingers on the right hand would have been good, but I think cropping them out might make for an easier edit without making it look like the hand was cropped unintentionally. I rather like the background, since that is my THING, but you could try reducing the opacity on that to see if it is less distracting. |

I love the texture, color contrast and like the character the shadow brings to the image, as well as the depth. The version without it is much shallower. I like the colors as they are, but you might try playing with curves to see if adjustments give you anything you like. |

I, too, like the colors and brightness, but I find my eye drawn to too many subjects. Would love to see a close crop of the main flower. |

Thank you, Larry and I understand exactly what you are saying, but when I checked I was seeing sRGB. Duh. No doubt there is a confusion and I will have to sort it out. So.....still working on this. |
