An absolute great watercolor. The water coloration transformed this image. I personally do agree with Nancy about softening the lines, as it softens the allure of this foggy, calm image. But I also appreciate your decision to leave them in. That is why I love this group - we all have different viewpoints, which we can express in a constructive, helpful manner. Either way, lines or no lines, this is an excellent image. Very well done. |

This is perfect. The B&W rendition makes this image all about the texture. And the texture on the rhino, and in his reflection, are wonderful. All I can say is "Wow." |

What a great site to see, let alone photograph. I agree with Gerhard that I would print and hang this. What a great testament to Nature at its best. As for your rendition, I would not change a thing. I love that from a distance, the subject matter is hard to discern. You have to immerse yourself in the image to tell that it is of butterflies. I love it. |

What a great composite! It looks like the flowers were all there to begin with. My only suggestion would be to perhaps tone down the contrast of the green foliage, especially at the top. That would allow my eyes to focus more on the wonderful pink blossoms. Other than that, great drama and appeal. |

Excellent rendition! I love the diagonal composition, and especially the yellow pops of color. Your painting choices really brought this image to the next level. I actually like the stray brush strokes as it looks like extended paint. So, for me, personally, I would not change a thing. |
