Thanks, everyone, for all the advice. However, I intended to make a statement with the Dragan effect and feel that, without it, the man would not present a very interesting image. (My apologies to the gentleman in China whom I feel I may have insulted.) |

Very nice image of an event I would have liked to be able to see in person. My vote on improvement goes with Shirley - if the background dancers and the crowd could be subdued somewhat through focus softening then that would move the attention to the foreground dancers where, I believe, it should be. |

Good image of the baskets, Al - colorful and nicely depicted. I would agree more with Shirley's suggestion rather than cutting off the baskets through cropping. Partial objects are usually not good form so a little cloning might work better. |

A beautiful image, great color, well composed and sharp. However, I agree with Al on the crop of the driftwood which appears a little too large - being centered would not be an issue if the magnitude of the wood would be reduced a little. |

Nice shot of the Geisha, Hung. However, I agree with Shirley as regards the background which is far too detailed and distracts the viewer somewhat. So, softening the background would improve the image a lot - the darkening of the left side leaning wood and the elimination of the yellow metal should be attended to also. |

A beautiful, sharp image of the eagle. And to get it at 500mm is impressive - great shot. I would, perhaps, only change the image by removing a little from the right. The border is fine but my example doesn't have one. |
