There may be some other ways of pasting a moon on the image than waiting for a year. :) |

A nice shot overall, Malabika. But, in my opinion, the tree in the almost center detracts somewhat. An image along rows without that foliage might have been a better view, but then the framing tree branch on the top might not have been possible. HDR works here - the grass is a nice bright green. |

Nice shot of fall. To my taste, however, a little exaggerated color which resulted in a lack of contrast. I tried to boost the blacks a little in my alternate view, darkened the table a little and removed the dead branch at the top of the image - it bothered me. The main tree is a little less yellow - perhaps you might be in agreement with my changes. Otherwise, a great shot - and I won't see this in southern Florida. |

Nice sharp image of the visitor. The water is interesting and could be an abstract in itself. The complementary browns with the duck is also fortunate. |

Hung: There is an unfortunate placement of the plane directly over the background building. Additionally, the light foreground on the left side almost looks like a light bleed and a little cloning could eliminate this. The aircraft has too much lagging space and not enough leading space - generally there should be more space in the direction of movement. |

Nicely composed image of the bridge, Shirley. However, there is a large negative space in the sky on the left side which could be relieved by a nice full moon. |

Gary - you are right about the beautiful and abstract scenes one can see from an aircraft. Cell phones now have amazing cameras and your captures support this. You positioned yourself very well and the only concern would be - when did they clean the plane windows last. The image shows a wonderful river system running diagonally and the only improvement to this image would be additional contrast such as I posted. [The 'original' is another image and not directly related to the first - but, once posted, I couldn't remove it.] |
