2 Aug 17 Reply Thank you, Hung and also to Malabika, Shirley and Gary. Aug 24th
2 Aug 17 Comment Great shot! The reflection of the sky in the sand with the diagonal produced by the water line is excellent also. I think that removing that diagonal structure on the right side by either cropping or cloning might simplify that end of the pier. A great, colorful image all the same, Malabika. Aug 18th
2 Aug 17 Comment Great image of the fishermen, Hung. The lighting is just right to make the men stand out. Cropping out a great deal of the water is an improvement that I also would vote on. Aug 18th
2 Aug 17 Comment Interesting capture of the bird. I agree with Gary on the cropping but I would add that there needs to be some brightening and perhaps more contrast to make this picture pop more, in my opinion. The foliage appears to be more in focus than the bird's feathers, but that may be because the feathers are soft and the sharpness cannot be captured. Aug 18th
2 Aug 17 Comment Al - you got this one right. Composition is great with the diagonal line of the ground and the fox. Doesn't matter if the fox has his eyes closed, just call it "squinting fox" and you have covered yourself. I think that the snow in the background is a little noisy but other than that, good job. 2 Aug 17 Comment Shirley, you got this one in focus. Nicely composed with great bokeh and lighting. Nice job except, I think, that the framing is too heavy and that the removal of the orange surround would improve the presentation - to my liking, anyway. Great job! Aug 5th
2 Aug 17 Comment Gary - you knocked this one out of the park. A wonderfully created image and well composed. If I had to throw a punch, it would only be to point out that the catchlight in your left eye could be larger. At first I thought that the horizontal lines on the left could be removed but now I think that it adds to the image by breaking up that area. Great work. I'll definitely become a Dragan student after this one! Aug 5th
