Indeed a nice documentary image. I feel that the misty or hazy effect is ok as it tells us the scene of the weather of that day could be hazy but I like the sunrise mood. |

It is a very sweet & lovely soft colour wit the motherly love.
It is well focus on the kid attaching to the mother.

What John W Whitt comments by increasing a bit of the contrast is much better rather than appear to be a bit flat. I agreed with him.
The overall looks great especially the lines formation. |

Well subject matter is a good layout but I feel it should be having a horizontal format rather than portrait. Textures & colour seems to be good but I feel "something" is missing on either left or right. |

The image photographed by Mark had a interesting eye for good photography, it is not a simple subject to be photography. I ever do taking water droplets but no as good as the one above. Something I like to learn from Mark.

For your information, this image is taken with a slide film (Fujichrome Velvia) while I travel to Thailand, I didn't use any DSLR camera. Perhap it may due to scanning from analogue to digital format. |
