Well to me when I had took several sunset scenes, usually I took several shots at the interval of every 3 mins starting from where the sun now appearing till it sets below the horizon. Personally I feel the sun is a bit too high where the glaring parts comes in & it is difficult to adjust your front part of the exposure where you need to have several exposure shots whereas if the sun sets further down then the exposure focal point will be more easily adjusted. Also if your lens have f1.8 or f1.4 aperture opening with the speed having 1/80 sec or slightly below with the ISO 100, it will give you good results. Try it again on the same spot if you had the opportunity doing it. Hope my explaination works. Thank you for sharing this image. |

Is easy said to be done but it is a tough job when you are at the scene. I had done this kind of works before. It is good to share with kinds of sophiscated works where everyone can learn from it. |

It is a nice good nature shot with your image background being blurred off. Perhap you may want to share on how you do it so everyone can learn from you. Good job Herb. |
