Hi Mark Aksoy,
I agreed to certain extent of the viewing in monitor but most of time if I select a image for an presentation, normally I will print it out in my Epson 9890 printer which is the large format printer of 44" to see if my overall printed image is good or not as I am doing this for my current business as I print for photographers using this Epson 9890. This also depends in different parts of world printers as you may have one also. It is subjective in terms of brightness, saturation, etc. There is no right or wrong answers. Thank you so much for your comments - Mark Aksoy & John Whitt for exchanging ideas in this group. I really enjoy it within this group. |

Thank you John Whitt & Diana Duffey for your comments. As to colour on the monitor, I believe is the calibration as to what I seen in my monitor it is the reverse as what I mean is John's propose colour is a bit too dark in my Mac monitor as we used to print our large print using this monitor & it had been calibrated before I uploaded for view. Contrast brightness,etc....I think we should pay less attention unless it is critically bad but most importantly is the composition which is the key factor for a good photograph. That my frank opinion
while I have been judging for many international salons. Thank you everyone for your feedback.
