Peter, I agree with you that there is (and indeed should be) a difference between artist choice and viewer preference. I like your version, in particular the colourised skull cap and necklace. I suspect that Joan made the decision to have a holiday this month due to the paucity of images submitted. |

Peter, Thank you for your kind words which are much appreciated. I quite like the bronze colours in the central part of the picture and the way they contrast with the surrounding black and white mid-tones. It seems strange this month only having one image uploaded, the more so as I am not normally ahead of the game and usually have to be prompted to upload my image. |
