This is an impressive merger of techniques that have resulted in beautiful painting. To my eye, keeping the sun out of the picture but retaining the rays would be more pleasing; cover it up with your hand and see if you agree. |

Wow! What a wild burst of color! It's certainly an exciting painting, Pat. I do agree with Gerhard that there needs more separation between the flowers and the background. Darkening the greens would prevent the petals from merging with them. Otherwise, I love it. |

Thank you Cyril and Gerhard. I cropped the area on the right so that the man would not be centered, but I appreciate your suggestion. |

This is an amazing transformation, Gerhard. To me, the subject is color, and I like the supersaturated colors. I also like the overall texture. One thing that seems to detract is the white line around some of the mountains and the rocks. |
