The muted colors are lovely and are enhanced by the added texture. I think the scrolled border detracts rather than adds to the painting; you might want to try lowering their opacity or using a different blend mode. |

Nice compositing to solve the problems in getting a good image in a busy environment.You really emphasized the energy of the dancer. I agree with Kathy's suggestions. Also, I'd like to see more detail in the face of the man standing in the back and in the nose and lips of the dancer. |

The brilliant colors of her costume are a fine complement to the muted tones in the background. I wish she was a little less blurred, though.
