Thank you, Tom. I'm so encouraged by all of your remarks as I struggle to work in this exciting medium. Maybe I'll fix the leaf and then have the painting printed on canvas. |

On a snowy day, would there be shadows?

Thanks, Angela. You're very encouraging. I like your suggestion about the leaf; it would improve the composition. |

I love the fact that the image is so abstract that we don't immediately know what the subject is-- result, a beautiful piece of art. I agree that it would be stronger without the sky in the background. Love it! |

Your watercolor technique is working beautifully here, Tom, and I like the feathered edge around the painting. I wish there was more variety in the placement of the apples, though. instead of having them all looking toward the left. It's still a very pleasing work of art. |

This is a "dynamite" painting, Gerhard. The colors and brushwork really make it have tremendous impact. |

What an imaginative and effective transformation, Gloria. I love the snow effect and the wintery color pallet. I don't understand what the pointing things are in the lower part of the image though. They seem distracting to me. Otherwise, a great painting. |
