This is beautiful, Gerhard, even more beautiful than in the photo. I agree with Angela's suggestion. I'd also like to see less sky and not as saturated, so it doesn't compete with the sea of flowers. |

This is beautiful, especially the way you handled the background. The shadow bothers me a bit because it seems that the light is falling on the tree from the front. So the shadow is in the wrong place. But because the shadow is leafless, the painting becomes fantasy, and so everything works. |

The painting is gorgeous, Angela. The petals with their sparkly outlines remind me of ballet dancers. |

Thank you both for your helpful comments. I do enlarge my painting but it seems that I always miss a few pixellations. I'll keep working on it. |
