Thanks Kathy. Now that I read your comment, I'm thinking of other ways I might have enhanced the image. It was fun, and thanks for the advice! |

Thanks Steve. It's just something I tried for fun, although I did submit a similar image in our club contest and it took a good placing. More of the flag was showing in that image! |

Wonderful image, even without the gulls. Perhaps if the birds were a tad smaller they would look more natural to the surroundings. Wonderful colors. |

Wow, great capture. I like the original better than the finished image, mostly because of the sky. The final image sky doesn't look as real or as dramatic as in the original one. The colors of the barn, fence and grass looks better in the finished image, however. I like the simplicity of this image. It's not often one has the opportunity for such a shot! |

What a fun image. I like the fact that you were able to catch her hand in the left lens of the glasses. |

I think you met your goal for sure. Interesting comparison of both of the ship and boat. Good exposure and colors. |

Thanks for the comment and for noticing Don. This plant is a joy to work with, but I still feel that that 'perfect' shot is waiting out there one day with this plant, LOL!

Thanks Trey. I have images that are closer up, showing some of the intricacies of this delicate seed pod. It's good to know that someone else notices these as well! |

I like your retouched image colors on the trucks and building better than the original, but they sky colors look off. The black and white is nice I think, with perhaps a lighter vignette. |

Wonderful composition and what beautiful water! The challenge of course is With the light upper falls and the shadowed lower one. You did well. I like Trey's suggestion of use of brushes to darken and lighten areas. You might also try using a gradient tool on the upper part. Nice speed capture of the water. |

It looks like an interesting ruins for sure. I agree with Gary, the image sort of jumps out but many of the details are missing. I'm not sure if you needed to shoot more (maybe 5 shots instead of 3), or if the problem is in the post-processing. Maybe a lower ISO and/or a higher f-stop? You might also try converting it to sepia? An interesting find. |

Amazing the amount of details in the final image that do not show up in the others! Well-done. Definitely gives the feeling of 'abandoned'. |

Good job straightening the image, and sweet post processing. Well-done, and the colors are outstanding. I would have a tendency to allow the vehicle colors to be stronger than the background colors, but that is just my preference. Good job! |
