Wonderful texture of the bird and feathers! You effectively created from a very busy image, one that stands out. I like the vignette and framing, and the fact that all the branch lines lead right to the bird. |

Thanks Sheila, I never mind when someone makes changes and posts them. I like what the WB change did, but the vignetting I'm not sure about, but I seldom use it this strongly. Thanks! |

What a fun way to use a photograph. I really like your line drawing of the portrait, and think it would lend itself to a variety of textured effects. Well-done. Makes me think of looking at a person through glass or a windshield for sure. |

Nice use of selective focus, and shades of gray. It's a wonderful thing to take pictures of things we know will not be around us in the future. |

Thank you all for your comments. I have increased the contrast as you suggested and I like it better. (Paul's comment and image as received by me). |

If you could lighten parts of the sky, it might help the image to 'pop'. I'm not sure just what to do with the dark sky, try darkening or possibly lightening....not sure which would work the best, but the sky seems to be to be begging to show up more, or to be more dramatic. LOL, hope this makes sense. |

I also like the color image better. I might have a tendency to sharpen the under pier areas a bit more, but a well-executed photograph for sure. |

Well-taken and well-done. I might have a tendency to selectively brighten the stained glass a bit in ps, but otherwise a quite pleasing image. |

Wonderful dof, lighting, and image depth as well as the stars and the car tracking lights. I keep wondering how in the world you were able to shoot this in the median of what looks like a very busy highway! I might have a tendency to sharpen the image a tad and to brighten the lights, especially the red car track lights. Well-done. |
