I appreciate all of your comments and suggestions. As with so many scenes, I was drawn to the whole scene and did not search for the heart. Your thoughts are beneficial and grounding. Thanks.

Ian, your successful capture of this interesting image makes your encounter with the mud worthwhile. Bill's adjustments add value. Another minor nit: can the halo around the tops of the trees be adjusted or is it natural?
Also, check out if the image is more impactful after a BW conversion.

I can understand a little softness in the head having your camera so close to the Viper. The square crop adds impact to the color, detail and interesting lines of the body.

Guy, creative use of the polarizer and the BW conversion to achieve a stunning image. Your use of the lines, light and details make for an interesting composition.
Having walked the promenade with our friends from Bexhill, this image has extra meaning. Did you visit the tavern in town where the smugglers traded their merchandise from across the channel in Calais?

Bill, brings back memories of when cars and their logos were special. You captured the colors, the textures, the lines and the shapes in a harmonious composition. great work. |

What fun. You captured the setting, the light and the action beautifully, Isaac. Like Joe, my attempts at panning have not been successful so, your work is greatly appreciated.
Minor issue, check out the slight halo on the male.
