Marge, I think I agree with Art. Given the shape of the subject, you could have chosen even the horizontal crop of your image, which could give a more balanced composition that would benefit the entire image. And work the light-luminosity to get a better-detailed image. |

Sylvia, approximately here is how I see this image. You can improve your image immensely. Even replacing the sky. I like the composition you chose but, personally, I would choose a more 3/rd style composition. And work on the color as well.

I have been a member of a DD group of Bird and I must congratulate you Regine because in over a year of sharing images with them, I didn't see anything like this. Work a bit on the PP and you got a winner. |

Excellent action image. I like the B&W rendition and the composition. I'm not sure about the blurred background, I think that the original looks better, to me, because it gives some kind of tridimensional effect to the images that look good as a background. Nice shot Kurt. |
