38 Oct 20 Reply Yes I like the colors that in a way they remind to me the colors of Tuscany, I like the pastoral scene, I like the sky with the lightning that to me looks like an "augmented sky." I changed the composition that to me looked a little bit "dispersive" but I wasn't able to adjust the colors that to me looked a bit too contrasty. I do not know id a different lens would have made the scene look differently. Nice image in any case. Oct 7th
38 Oct 20 Comment Good image, however as I often say I like when the subject has a good breathing space. Your image Marge needs that and some more contrast. I like the softness of and the bleu hue of image. Focus is good as well. Oct 7th
38 Oct 20 Comment Some photographers say that in an image less is better, and I think that it is true in this case. As well as I that your technique sounds very interesting but, again, I think that right now, in my opinion, there are too many details in the image. For the little I know that technique is mostly useful for some close up and with lenses that do not have a very good depth of field. What I would have done with this shot I would have go lower on my knees, place the flower on the lower right "third" of the photogram, using, possibly a shorter lens, increase the area above the flower, giving to it more breathing room and try to pull out more of the delicate color of the flower. 38 Oct 20 Reply Regine is an image of a school buses demolition derby, a very popular activity for the Summer various fears around the state. Remember Minnesota is one of the Mid-West corn-belt states. Oct 7th
38 Oct 20 Comment Art I like this image a lot, too bad is out of focus. With a heavy lens like the one you have it is really hard to get a well focused image without a tripod. When I go out to do street shots I put my camera on A ISO, max 6400. The the shutter on S and choose a fast speed like 11 or more if there's lot of light. But sometimes it work sometimes it does not. 38 Oct 20 Comment I'm an expert but I think this's a remarkable image. Technically is almost perfect, I would only adjust the light on the statue. Good focus all around, the composition I think is remarkably well done. Sunandan I wish you would enter this image in some salons, in my opinion is an image worth some grand prizes. Excellent Oct 3rd
