38 Aug 19 Comment Yes indeed, a very interesting abstract image. Please, Amber, give us more food for thoughts with some info from the exif. Is important to know the technical details. I also tried to bring up more details about the patterns, colors, and shapes of the rocks. I like this image very much, you got an excellent shot. Aug 18th
38 Aug 19 Comment What's that a carrot cake, LOL. Well first I must say that I share the same view of Art. I learned, earlier, that rule of third or not an image with the main subject centered perfectly in the middle is not right. So I'm sticking with that. Second the shot is telling us a partial story, light, exposition, focus and colors are all good, but we can't see the face of the person in the photo. Minor problem but in my opinion it still a problem. Aug 18th
38 Aug 19 Comment It is such a sweet face and that little beautiful girl make me uncomfortable seeing her image in a cage. I think and I would have preferred an image with some more of the location. In my opinion the image that looks perfect as composition, color, and focus need some more around to tell the story completely. Aug 17th
38 Aug 19 Comment Marge I like this shoot, I had chance to photograph Dowitcher a lot in Souther California and I like these birds. I also, adjusted a little the post process. I like bright color and often I over saturate my images, so do be mad with me. Nice Job. Aug 17th
38 Aug 19 Comment Sunandan I think you have an excellent shot year. The story is well told, the action is in full view, patterns, texture, exposure everything very dynamic. My only reserve is on the converging lines that are taking the viewer eyes out of the photogram. I do not know, maybe I'm wrong you do not give us the camera details, but I think that a wider focal length cold reduce that effect. Aug 17th
38 Aug 19 Comment In my opinion this shot doesn't need much of adjustments. Given the wing at full extension there are not many thing to change. Gerry you have mastered this technic of shooting flying bird I would be thrilled if you would like to share some of that technic with this group. Great job

38 Aug 19 Comment Thank you Art. My intention was trying to show some of the surrounding, area, because if I show only the drawings it might doesn't make much sense as travel image. That is true even if I go lower with the drone. my cropped image is just like yours but it doesn't change much. Aug 8th
