Love the detail in this image. Like the yellow in the center which takes my eye right to this point. Great lighting and a wonderful background. Nice stack! |

I like your idea to include more of the pod. I 'm sure this would work well. My idea was to have the eye focus on the arrangement of the 7 seeds. Like your suggestion. |

Nice image to study with all the lines and twists. Great detail with prefect lighting. Most people never enjoy the detail in flowers until you look at them close-up. Great shot. |

I like everything about this image. I love the composition and like that you shot from the side of the flower. I feel on most flowers the stem can be a very important part of the image and the composition. Wonderful lighting with great detail in the flower. I do agree the top and left side could be cropped. Great image for sure. |

Thank you, Judith. On all my indoor shots I use one main light, in this case placed on the left side at a 45-degree angle to the front of the milkweed. My secondary light is the diffuser used on the right side at a 45 degree to the front side. I hope that helps. |
