65 Mar 25 Reply Thanks, Amy, for your comments. My intent here was to show how this tiny flower is isolated all by itself in not the best location, the walkway. I wanted to show its location and the landscape around it. I desired the background to be out of focus so to draw the eye to the tiny flower. This tells a bit of a story. This image was part of a Power Point program I put together for the Master Gardeners in our area. The program was images from their garden. Mar 5th
65 Mar 25 Comment Amy, you have a great flower to shoot, and the lighting seems good to work with. To my eye I feel there's too many distractions in the image. On the left side the two other stems and the white object pulls my eye to that area. Also, much of the right side could be cropped off. You need to take advantage of a beautiful flower, make it a bigger image in the frame. Mar 5th
